Whether it’s checking the viability of a new experiential business model, creating a style concept or guest experience, a focused session with me will sift through the options and come up with solutions and direction. I’m practical and positive, but also frank, if I don’t see potential in an idea I’ll say so and where possible, suggest stronger, more viable options instead.
We usually start with an informal chat and move on from there, my 1:1 work generally falls within one of these three structures: 1. Business Boost Session, 2. Site Visit, 3. Ongoing Support.
If you’re a Creative Hosts Member, you might occasionally want more tailored advice, or discuss something privately, and this is where you’ll find it. CH members of 6 months+ are also eligible for preferential rates.
1. Initial Chat
Before anything else this will establish if there's a fit between what you need and what I can do and if I don't believe I can help or contribute, I will at least try to suggest another route, or recommend someone else. These initial discussions are particularly helpful if your enquiry is about a more involved project, where we can discuss options and map a route forward.
Either way, there's no obligation in or beyond this chat and it's free of charge.
2. Business Boost Session
This is a focused Zoom meeting to discuss and brainstorm whatever it is you want to talk about, these meetings cover a very wide range of subjects:
Differentiation - develop or refine your business niche to stand out in the marketplace.
Aesthetics - a new style or theme that upgrades the business and guest experience.
Revenue streams - generating add-ons and up-sells that reflect the brand.
Guest Experience - creating distinctive customer experiences that create revenue, top reviews and repeat bookings.
Brand Review - a fresh look at your brand, and how it translates into the customer journey from website to checking-out.
New Business - a look at where you new business could differentiate through a unique story.
This used to be called a 'Business Development Session' and it's been very popular, people say the meeting is immensely inspiring and gets them thinking in a whole new way about their business, hence the new name!
Includes:
Prep & review of information in advance
90-minute Zoom meeting
Written follow up summary including action notes & recommendations
Fee: £150
3. Site Visit
For in-depth reviews and projects involving the business model, new concept development, interior design, or a guest experience review, I need to visit the business itself because seeing the space in person reveals opportunities that simply can’t be intuited from my desk.
Includes:
30 minute prep call & research
Visit to business location
Follow-up summary including action points & recommendations
Email support for 5 working days following the visit
Fee: from £450 + travel costs
4. Ongoing Support
If your project needs my input over a period of weeks or months, a support package means I can get properly involved in your project and work right alongside you. To make sure I can do this effectively I only take on a small number of these projects at any one time.
Ongoing support packages are tailored to each project at preferential rates, they also have priority calendar booking.
