Brainstorms & Impartial Advice

I love working with people, businesses and companies that have an appetite for developing and creating immersive experiences... and not just because it makes business sense but because it's rewarding in so many other ways.

I'm more known for unique stays, but I have also worked with boutique hotels, eateries, tour companies and farm shops, sometimes with business development advice, occasionally guiding interior design, so there are different ways I can support a new business idea or help evolve an existing one. Whether you need a one-off chat or regular check-ins throughout a project, we usually start with an informal chat followed with:

2. Business Boost - Advice Session

3. Site Visit

4. Ongoing Support.

1. Discovery Call

An informal chat to see if there's a fit between what you need and what I do, if I don't believe I can help I will try to point you in the right direction. Discovery calls are helpful for more involved projects where we can discuss my potential input and potentially map a route forward.

Either way, there's no obligation in or beyond this chat and it's free of charge.

2. Business Boost - Advice Session

A focused Zoom meeting where we get into the details of the project -

Differentiation - develop your niche to stand out in the marketplace

Aesthetics - a new style to upgrade the brand and guest experience

Revenue streams - generate add-ons and up-sells

Guest Experience - distinctive experiences to improve revenue, bookings & reviews

Brand Review - a fresh look at your brand, and how it translates through the customer journey

New Business - where could you new business differentiate

I used to call these Business Development meetings, I'm often told they're immensely inspiring and motivating, and get people thinking on a totally different level about their business.

Includes:

Review of information in advance

Video meeting (up to 75 minutes)

Follow up summary including action notes & recommendations where applicable

3. Site Visit

Sometimes I need to visit the location or business itself, because being in the place itself reveals opportunities that simply can’t be intuited from my desk (plus my imagination gets sparked too!).

Includes:

Review of information in advance

Visit to business location

Follow-up summary including action points & recommendations

Email support for 5 working days following the visit

Fee: from £450 + travel costs

4. Ongoing Support

If your project needs my input over a period of weeks or months, a support package means I can get properly involved in your project and work right alongside you, as such I only take on a small number of these projects at a time so I can be properly involved.
Ongoing support packages are tailored to each project, with preferential rates and priority calendar booking.

Do get in touch if you have any questions, I'm more than happy to talk it through
