Experiential hospitality is a fascinating and immersive world, rich with opportunity and innovation, but it can be elusive and tricky to navigate. Creative Hosts is designed to be a supportive resource and community for owners and operators that want to be part of and prosper in this developing sector.

Kate has been involved in hospitality, unique stays and glamping in various roles, from working in hotels and restaurants in her early years, to running a glamping OTA, her own STR's, workshops and retreats. As a glamping consultant she has created niche business models and bespoke guest experiences, as a designer she has styled and designed leading boutique accommodations, with many of them featuring in high-end publications and TV programmes.

"I've wanted to build on the supportive spirit of my own online group for a while, focussing on business development through experiential hospitality. It's a leisure and tourism movement that reflects a growing need for authenticity and connection, but it's also how businesses can stand out, and ride out, the current market and economic challenges. Creative Hosts shares three decades of my own experience plus the expertise of my most trusted peers, it's a reflection of the experience economy itself - commercial, collaborative and authentic. It's for Hosts that see the potential and want to be a part of the movement and drive their business forward with it, as well as contribute.

Beyond being a professional resource and community, I also want Creative Hosts to champion and celebrate the lifestyle that underpins experiential hospitality... to be an imaginative space that fosters connections, facilitates collaborations, and with a bit of luck, helps shape what comes next.

Is that ambitious?

Absolutely, but then again, so are we.
